Our festive season runs from 23 November to 23 December, with Christmas packages, private hire options and festive food and drink available throughout.

For all Christmas bookings, please make an enquiry with our events team. Smaller bookings will be released online through our website closer to the event date.

Our festive packages start from £55 per person and include social pool, food, drinks and a private suite for your group. Our events team can help you choose the right festive food and drinks package to suit your group and budget.

The most popular dates in November and December book up quickly, so we recommend enquiring as early as possible to secure your preferred date.

Our pool suites are fully hosted by our team throughout your visit. Your host will welcome you, explain the games, help run your session, answer any questions, and provide table service for food and drinks.

Because our service extends across the entire experience, a discretionary service charge is applied to the total bill, including social pool, food and drinks. This charge is entirely optional and can be removed at any time upon request.

No, Poolhouse is a cashless venue. We accept all major debit cards, credit cards and contactless payments throughout the venue.

We have licenses for any sports shown on Sky and TNT Sports as well as mainstream channels like BBC and ITV.

There’s no formal dress code, we recommend dressing in whatever makes you feel your best. Please note, fancy dress is not permitted.

Poolhouse is designed for groups, with immersive games that make it easy for everyone to play and compete, whatever your skill level.

You can book for any group size, including just two people. However, during our peak times (evenings and weekends), there is a minimum charge based on six players per table.

This means if your group is smaller than six, you’re still very welcome to book - the price will just be based on six players rather than your actual group size.

You can book for up to 12 people directly through our website. For larger groups, please make an enquiry with our events team, who will be happy to help arrange your booking.

If you already have a booking and would like to add more guests, just email us at events.lls@pool.house and we’ll do our best to amend it for you.

Please note that separate bookings made through the website aren’t automatically placed together, so your tables may be located in different parts of the venue. If this happens, contact us ahead of your visit and we’ll try our best to seat you as close together as possible.

For bookings of up to 12 guests, you can amend or cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before your start time and receive a full refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking are non-refundable.

For groups larger than 12 guests, cancellation terms vary depending on the type of event booked with our sales team, so please refer to your event agreement for full details.

We’ve got you covered. All cues and balls are provided at Poolhouse, so there’s no need to bring your own kit. Just show up, step up to the table, and we’ll handle the rest.

Yes. Poolhouse is wheelchair accessible, with step-free access to selected tables and accessible facilities throughout. Please contact the team ahead of your visit so we can make sure everything’s tailored to your needs.

As much as we love them, pets aren’t allowed in the venue. Registered assistance dogs are, of course, always welcome.

Pricing varies depending on your group size and how long you’d like to play.

During off-peak hours, sessions start from £15 per person for one hour. For smaller groups of 2–3, we also offer a 40-minute option from £12.50 per person at selected times.

At peak times, tables are designed for groups of six or more, with 90-minute and two hour sessions available.

Our pool suites are designed to accommodate larger groups and during our busiest times, we ask for a minimum group size of six players to make a booking.

We’ve turned a centuries-old game into a whole new social experience. You’ll recognise the basics, but Poolhouse is built for socialising, with every table hosting up to 16 players at a time.

You’ll find 20 American pool tables with classic cues and traditional balls, just like you’d expect. The difference is what happens above the table. Hidden projectors beam interactive games directly onto the cloth, adding a new layer to the experience without changing the feel of pool. Guests can choose from four game modes, designed for different playing styles and skill levels. Some games focus on precision - aiming, potting and scoring points for your team - while others keep things simple, where it’s more about taking part, like hitting the ball up and down the table and seeing who lands closest to the winning spot. The built-in AI technology learns how you play and subtly adjusts the difficulty, making games easier or harder so everyone can enjoy themselves.

Our tables are traditional American pool tables. The magic happens above the felt, where AI-powered tech transforms the game into something more.

Think of the Qrating as your personal pool skill rating, the world’s first pool handicapping system. It learns your ability, scores your performance and lets you see exactly where you stand on the Poolhouse leaderboards (and who you need to beat next).

Our 9ft American tables are made for groups. Depending on the suite you play in, you can have up to 20 people gathered around one table with up to 16 players dropping in and out of games as they wish.

During our busiest times we ask for a minimum of six players per booking.

Children aged 10 and over are welcome at Poolhouse until 5pm on weekdays and 1pm on weekends. After these times, Poolhouse is over 18s only.
