When does Christmas arrive at Poolhouse?



Our festive season runs from 23 November to 23 December, with Christmas packages, private hire options and festive food and drink available throughout.

What festive packages do you offer?



Our festive packages start from £75 per person and include social pool, food, drinks and a private suite for your group. Our events team can help you choose the right festive food and drinks package to suit your group and budget.

When should I book my Christmas party?



The most popular dates in November and December book up quickly, so we recommend enquiring as early as possible to secure your preferred date.

What is your booking policy?



For bookings of up to 12 guests, you can amend or cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before your start time and receive a full refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking are non-refundable.

For groups larger than 12 guests, cancellation terms vary depending on the type of event booked with our sales team, so please refer to your event agreement for full details.

How do I make a booking?



You can book directly through our website for groups of 2–12 guests. Simply choose your date, time and group size, and secure your table.

Planning something bigger? For groups of 13+ guests, drop us an enquiry and our team will help you put something together.

Alternatively, you are more than welcome to drop in without a booking and we'll do our very best to find you a table.

During our busiest times we ask for a minimum of six players per booking.
